We understand that sometimes you might need to return or exchange a leather product. Here at Saavi Leather, we want to make that process as easy and hassle-free as possible.

Returns

Exchanges

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Contact our customer service team by email at saaviinternational@gmail.com or by phone at +91 96284 34186 to initiate your return or exchange.
We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.
Securely pack your item(s) in the original packaging, if possible.
Ship the package to the address we provide on the return label.
Please keep your receipt and any tracking information for your records.

Processing Times

It can take up to 7 – 9 business days to process your return or exchange after we receive your item.
You will receive an email notification once your return or exchange has been processed.
